*All Levels* We go deep into a state of relaxation, starting with a simple breathing exercise and moving onto gentle relaxed positions, with options to sway/move as per your preference. There's some wrist care for typers and hand balancers. Aiming for very little effort and a lot of chill, this one is great if you're really tired or just want to move a tiny bit but not much.
Wild thing, I think I love you
*Intermediate* Love a wild thing? Then you'll love this class. With mental challenges as much as physical ones, you'll twist and turn feel a little bit fabulous as you transition fluidly from Baby Wild Things to Grown Up ones to animal locomotion (crawling, basically) and optional arm balances. There is an option to repeat the sequence with added extras or skip ahead to the chillax - you'll see the title screen direct you towards the end of the class. It's fun, it's backbendy, shoulder mobility-y and hip stretchy. Jump in!
All Levels Loosen your hamstrings and hips in this juicy mainly lower body stretch sesh that *may* take you into the splits. The emphasis is on flow and feeling where your body wants to go. So take a deep breath, lie back and enjoy this delectable hip opening class. Of course, the splits is not necessarily something that can be achieved in one session so you may want to come back to this again and again. **You may want a couple of blocks or large books but these aren't essential.
Playful animal & mobility flow
*Strong beginners and above* This is a fun one. General mobility meets the Ministry of Silly Walks in this twisty turny class that will have you moving around the room developing coordination and mobility without even realising. We finish with some juicy hip mobilisations and a moment to practice anything you feel you need in the moment.
Energizing Creative Backbendy flow
*Intermediate* Take your practice off piste as we flow through a variety of familiar and unfamiliar movements. With an emphasis on opening the front of your body to unstick you after a day of sitting, this practice will energize you give you the opportunity to find your own ways of moving. Take ownership of your movement and fly! (trailer coming soon!)
Seriously cool rollback & strong legs flow
*Strong Beginners and Above* What a cool class (if I say so myself)! We aim to flow fluidly as we work single leg strength and balance. This class takes us on a journey of rollbacks to a variety of single leg squats, Eagle, Half Moons, Praying Mantis, sumptuous Cow Face poses, Wild things and more. Your hips will feel freer, ankles stronger. It's fun, lush, and fairly tough.
Light Mobility Flow
*All Levels* Low intensity class with comprehensive joint mobility for when you wanna move, but not work that hard. Great for beginners who may be up for a challenge, or a more chilled sesh for seasoned FlowMowers. We ease in gently and build up to some standing movements to strengthen your legs and build your balance before settling back down into more gentle mobilisations and rest. Ahh, lovely!
Super Soft Restorative
*All Levels* Stay close to the floor in this super mellow Restorative Flow. Make like a jellyfish on a beach as you roll on the floor to mobilise and get grounded. Enjoy seated hamstring stretches, Pigeons with optional extras, and some deliciously rolling transitions from one stretch to another. If you want to relax, this is a great one.
Flow and Restore
*All Levels* Unstick your entire body and deeply relax. Ease into class with legs up the wall (or on a chair). Then free your neck and shoulders with some neural flossing, loosen your hips and hamstrings with active (but relaxed) mobilisations, spinal movement, "Dying Princess", gently flow in your Cow Face pose and get cosy on the floor before you settle into savasana. As a bonus, Tilly is present for most of the class!
