Intermediate - You love moving and enjoy the odd challenge (and skipping them sometimes)

Creative Funky Flow
INTERMEDIATE Wanna do some cool stuff? Do this one. Get your full body fix of strength and mobility with some unusual movements to keep your brain ticking over. Some fun movements scattered throughout the flow culminate in technical challenges towards the end of the class. Replay any bits that cause confusion and repeat the movements until you get them. Enjoy!
Full Body Flow - Light
ALL LEVELS A lighter version of the Full Body Flow, this was filmed on a hot day in London so we took it slightly easier than usual. Great for overall mobility and gently flowing movement, plus some back strengthening. It’s a great class if you want a simple flow and a mild sweat. (Pardon the noisy neighbours. Use them to bring your focus inwards!)
Full body flow
Get your whole body flowing in this class aimed to get you feeling free and unstuck after a day of sitting. A fairly constant flow, this class is designed to develop your stamina, as well as your balance, strength and coordination. With optional handstands, crow poses and splits, your savasana will be well deserved!
hot sweaty hips & backbends
*MIXED LEVEL* Free your hips and simultaneously open and strengthen the front of your body in this slightly less physically intense class filmed on a hot day. Enjoy a mix of mobility challenges, fluidity, effort and brief pauses that respect that you might need less fire and more skill.
Twisty turny back bendy
If you want to get out of your head and into your body this is a great one. With these coordination challenges you'll be focused on being in the here and now. Enjoy flowing through swivelling sequences, rolling between front-body openers (back bends) and increasing (accessible) complexity. There are some cool transitions in this one and arm balance challenges if you want them. It's mentally challenging and physically fun.
*Intermediate Level* Got a lot of energy? Then get involved. We get nerdy and discuss how your core functions and discover how it integrates with your whole body, plus how to use it in non-traditional ways (ie, not a sit up in sight) and then experience it in action. We get down and sweaty with options for all levels of ability. Get ready to roll, crawl, jump and play in this high energy, highbrow class.
Playing with Asymmetry
*Intermediate Level* Symmetry is so last century. In this class we play in 3D with aymmetrical shapes, awkward balances, spiraling opening of the front of the body which is great after a day of desklife. Crank up the cardio with moments of high energy action (squat jumps), and enjoy meandering sequences to take you out of your head and into the movement. Yum.
